Foot Wear & Accessories Development
We specialize in end-to-end footwear development — built for new brands .
We specialize in end-to-end footwear development — built for new brands launching their first shoe and established labels scaling their next collection. Whether you are creating lifestyle sneakers, technical performance shoes, sandals, or luxury fashion footwear, our team handles every step from concept validation to factory-ready production.
All development is executed inside our own partner footwear factories. We do not use freelance sample makers. Your prototypes are made on the same machines and with the same construction process that will be used in real production — ensuring accuracy in structure, fit, material behavior, comfort, and overall quality from the very first round.
You may choose between development and production in Los Angeles, California, or internationally through our vetted global manufacturing partners, depending on your goals for speed, margin structure, and scale.
Our footwear development program includes:
Concept refinement and design consultation
3D digital rendering for visual approval and pre-sell marketing content
Last selection or custom last creation
Upper pattern engineering and technical construction planning
Sole development (including new mold creation if needed)
Material sourcing and component research (leathers, foams, textiles, hardware, packaging, etc.)
Prototype creation, fit testing, and collaborative revision (in-person or via Zoom)
Second and third prototype rounds if required to finalize production-level accuracy
Regardless of where development or production takes place, every project is assigned a dedicated project manager based in Los Angeles. You will always have direct access to us during business hours via phone, text, or email — real humans, no overseas delays.
The final approved sample you receive will be fully production-ready — not a mockup — meaning the exact quality and construction you approve is what will go into manufacturing.
Every asset created during development — including patterns, lasts, molds, and 3D digital files — belongs entirely to you and is protected contractually.
