Development is quoted as a single project fee before anything starts — patterns, sourcing and every sample included. A third revision sample doesn't generate a new invoice.
You are not forced into thousands of units to get a price. Start with a run you can actually sell, prove the style, then scale on the same pattern card.
Every costing decision is worked backwards from your retail price. If a fabric or a country can't leave you at least a 100% margin, we say so and we change it.
Your patterns, your designs, your specs. Develop or produce with us and the intellectual property stays with you — we never show it to another client and never sell a version of it.
